This video presents a software component from Use Case 1 for emergency/disaster recovery, showcasing multi-robot mapping in an indoor parking garage. A ground robot equipped with a 2D lidar generates a 2D map, while a drone with a ZED camera creates a 3D point cloud, later projected onto the 2D map. The resulting integrated map demonstrates the fusion of lidar and camera data, a capability that will be extended to outdoor environments for improved situational awareness.
